Islamic Studies is a two year comprehensive study of Sharī’ah with selected topics for teenagers. The course is best suited for teenage students who wish to further their understandings of Islām to advanced stages. This course aims to equip the young Muslims with the correct teachings of Islām as set out by our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Strong focus is placed on dealing with the many modern challenges faced by the youth of today.
The subject is structured with six modules over the period of two years.
The first year covers three modules which are based on the practical aspects of a teenage Muslims life related to the juristic rulings in Salāh, Purity and Cleanliness, theological studies and misconceptions in Islam.
The second year focuses on the the next three modules which covers LGBT issues, Islamic history and aspects of the life of Prophet ﷺ.
To adorn the young minds to become great British Muslim citizens who up hold the practices of the prophet ﷺ, choose for themselves the right guidance over falsehood and Islām over all other religions and teachings.
We hope to transform our students into confident Muslims, who have a strong grounding of the commands of Allāh ﷻ, leading lives according to the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ and his companions (May Allāh ﷻ be pleased with them) resulting in entering Islam in its entirety.
